Therapy session rate: $150

Reiki appointment rate: $111

Credit cards, debit cards and HSA cards are accepted forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of session.

Both therapy sessions and Reiki appointments are generally 50 minutes in length, sometimes running slightly longer or shorter, depending on what is needed that day.

I do not accept insurance. Insurance requires a diagnosis for coverage, and can place limits on the length and type of care I can offer you. I prefer to offer therapy in a flexible, supportive, and non-pathologizing way.

If you’d like, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement- this applies for therapy appointments only.

The answer to this depends on your unique needs and goals for therapy. Typically, I work with clients for as little time as 3 months, to years. You are not ever required to stay in therapy, but in order for the process to have the most benefit, I do recommend that while we work together, our sessions are not spaced out more than every-other week.

When you book an appointment with me, I will send you a secure link through a platform called SimplePractice. You do not need to download anything to use Simple Practice- you will just need access to a laptop or phone with good internet connection.
