Therapy for deep feelers who tend to overthink.

I share practical tools, honest conversations, and lived experience to help deep feelers with anxiety create a life guided by their values instead of fear.

Helping you live a more present and fulfilling life.

Does your mind feel like it never gets a break? Maybe you're constantly replaying conversations, questioning your past decisions, or getting stuck in endless "what if" thoughts. You might wonder if you can really trust yourself, feel stuck in seemingly constant overthinking, or find yourself struggling to distinguish between what anxiety is telling you and what you actually believe. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and the lasting effects of complex relational trauma, helping them break free from the exhausting cycle of overthinking and self-doubt.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and accepted exactly as you are. I use several types of therapy in my practice, including somatic therapy, ACT, ERP, self-compassion, mindfulness and experiential practices. Drawing from these therapeutic tools, I will help you recognize the patterns that keep you stuck, learn to respond to your thoughts in a new way, and help you spend less time battling your mind and more time actually living the life that's important to you.

If you're curious about working together, I'd love to connect. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation where you can ask questions, share what you're looking for, and see if we're a good fit. Finding the right therapist matters, and I'd be honored to be part of your journey.

Meet your therapist- Victoria Shore, LMFT

I’ve been interested in how to help people for as long as I can remember. Even as a teenager, I found myself reading Psychology Today articles, desiring to learn about what shapes us, hurts us, and ultimately helps us heal and live fulfilling lives. This desire to learn more about myself and others led me to go to therapy myself, and ultimately pursue this as my career.

I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee in 2020. Since then, my work has evolved to integrate both traditional “talk” psychotherapy with somatic and experiential therapy modalities that help bridge the mind/body connection. I believe long term healing comes from not only understanding why you feel the way you do, but also having the tools that help you stay safely grounded in your body and the present moment.

In addition to my clinical training, I’m a Level Two Reiki practitioner. I chose to become certified in Reiki after feeling the benefits of it in my own personal work. I don’t incorporate Reiki into therapy sessions unless it’s specifically asked for. Reiki and therapy are different, but I believe Reiki can aid in the therapeutic process when appropriate.

When I’m not supporting clients, you can find me spending time with my family- which includes my husband and our beloved fur babies. I also enjoy a good romantasy book, and listening to my favorite Taylor Swift albums (Folklore & Evermore).

I hope this space feels like a soft place to land, and I invite you to reach out to me if you feel called to. I would be honored to walk alongside & support you as you explore, heal, and reconnect to the fullness of who you are.
