Therapy Services
I am currently offering virtual therapy sessions for clients residing in Tennessee.
How We’ll Work Together
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and guided by approaches that honor both the body and mind. I specialize in trauma-informed modalities that create a safe and empowering space for you to heal at your own pace. My goal is to be a guide that will help you reconnect with your authentic self, build internal resources, and develop tools that will help you thrive.
I help my clients to connect with their own inner wisdom and heal through mindfulness and somatic based practices. I am committed to creating a safe space for you, where we can get to the roots of the challenges you're experiencing, and utilize practices and resources that will help you heal past trauma, build confidence, reconnect with your whole and authentic self, and create meaningful lasting change.
The two core modalities that shape my work as a therapist are SomEx and Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed). I often weave these modalities together to help you meet your goals in a way that feels supportive and effective for you.
SomEx
SomEx is a type of therapeutic intervention that blends somatic therapy and experiential therapy to support deep healing through both the body and the mind. In our work together, we’ll gently explore where past wounds may still be held in your body, while also identifying the strengths and resources that are already available to you. SomEx is especially beneficial for building emotion regulation skills, processing trauma, and reconnecting you with your authentic self.
What I love most about SomEx is how it empowers you to safely touch into tender or vulnerable parts of yourself—while strengthening resilience and self-trust.
I have completed training in all 4 modules of SomEx through the Experiential Healing Center in Memphis, TN.
Internal Family Systems (IFS-Informed)
IFS is an approach to therapy that views each of us as made up of many different “parts,” each with its own story, experiences and role. Instead of trying to push parts away, IFS invites us to build safety and self-compassion, so we can listen to and integrate these parts.
I use IFS-informed practices to help you cultivate internal harmony, deepen self-acceptance, and compassion, and build a more authentic, trusting relationship with all parts of yourself.
